Apply a Theme

FrontPage 2003

  1. Go to Format > Theme. The Theme Pane will appear in the right column.

  2. Choose if you want to apply with Vivid colors, Active graphics, and Background picture.
    • Vivid Colors - Some themes have two color schemes - a "Normal" color scheme, and a "Vivid" color scheme.
    • Active Graphics - Choosing this option will allow your graphic link bars to have "rollover" graphics. Unchecking the option will mean that your button graphics do not change when the mouse is on them.
    • Background Picture - Some Themes include a background picture. If you do not wish to have the background picture, uncheck this box.
    • Note: FrontPage 2003 automatically applies themes "using CSS."
  3. Scroll down the list of themes. Click on the thumbnail to apply the Theme to the page. Click on the arrow and select "Apply as default theme" if you wish to apply the theme to the entire web.
  4. If applying the Theme to the entire web, click "OK" on the prompt that appears.
