Divide a Cell into Columns or Rows (Split Cells)
Command: Table > Split Cells
FrontPage 2002/2003
- In this example, we want to divide the top cell into a
group of smaller cells.

- Right-click in the cell and choose Split Cells.

- Choose if you want to split the cell into rows or
columns, and how many to split into.

- The cell will be split.

- The "split lines" follow the existing table cell lines.
In the example below, splitting a cell into 3 columns will
not result in three equally sized columns. Instead,
FrontPage will split the cell along the existing table cell
lines:

If you view the Cell Properties,
you'll notice that the Rows Spanned or Columns Spanned have
changed, as well.
