Non-editable Region

A Non-editable Region describes the "layout areas" of a Dynamic Web Template that are not defined to be Editable Regions. In a page that has a DWT attached, the Non-editable Regions cannot be selected or modified; to change anything in those regions, the underlying DWT itself must be modified.
