Reports View
Reports View is one of the View options
in FrontPage. This view allows you to see facts about your web
site.
The types of reports that you may view:
- Usage Data (FP2003, only if connected to live
site) - Allows you to view site statistics such as page
visits, referring domains, browsers used, etc.
- All files - Lists all the files in your web site
and provides details about each file.
- Pictures - Counts how many picture files are in
your web site.
- Unlinked files - Lists the files in your web site
that cannot be reached by starting from your home page.
- Linked files - Counts how many files can be
reached by starting from your home page.
- Slow pages - Lists the pages in your web site
that exceed an estimated download time of 30 seconds.
- Older files - Lists the files in your web site
that have not been modified in over 72 days.
- Recently added files - Lists the files in your
web site that have been added in the last 30 days.
- Hyperlinks - Lists every
hyperlink in all the pages of your web site.
- Unverified hyperlinks - Lists all the hyperlinks
in your web site that are unconfirmed.
- Broken hyperlinks - Lists all the hyperlinks in
your web site that are pointing to unavailable files.
- External hyperlinks - Lists all the hyperlinks in
your web site that are pointing to files outside of your web
site.
- Internal hyperlinks - Lists all the hyperlinks in
your web site that are pointing to files in your web site.
- Component errors - Lists the files in your web
site that have components that are reporting an error.
- Uncompleted tasks - Lists the tasks in your
Tasks View that are not
complete.
- Unused themes - Lists the
Themes in the web site that are not being used.
- Style sheet links (FP2003) - Lists all the style
sheet links used in the web site.
- Dynamic Web Templates (FP2003) - Lists all the
files in the web site that are associated with a Dynamic Web
Template.
